Refund policy
Since most of our products are custom items and made to order we can't accept returns unless the item is faulty. Even if the reason for the return is that there has been delays with the delivery. Please refer to our Shipping policy.
To return a defective item please contact us as soon as possible, using the form on the website or send us an email to beigestories@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Please describe the fault in detail and we may ask for photos of the fault as well. Once we have received the product and confirmed it's faulty you will receive a full refund
