Shipping policy
Every product is lovingly handmade and made to order. Upon receiving your order we will start making your banner, to ensure we provide the best possible quality for our products we don't like to rush things. Therefore please allow for the following processing times:
- 1 week processing time + shipping time
We endeavour to post orders as soon as possible and we chose the best delivery service based on the type of shipping selected during checkout. But please understand that once we post the items they're out of our control and while most orders arrive safely within the estimated delivery window, on occasions delivery times may be longer than the estimates. When using Standard shipping we kindly ask that you always place your order well in advance before your event, at least 2 weeks before, to account for any possible extraordinary delays. Please understand that we cannot accept order cancellations or returns for products that were delivered safely, even if they arrive late. Please refer to our Return policy.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates based on each delivery service descriptions but at times of high demand or exceptional circumstances delivery times may be longer.
International orders
The buyer is responsible for any paperwork that is required to allow the import of goods into their country, as well as any duties or fees that are charged by their country's customs agency or local post to deliver the goods.
United States, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, China, and any other country not mentioned below
Usually there are no issues when shipping to these countries and no additional paperwork is needed. Normal shipping time is around 1-2 weeks but occasionally some deliveries may take longer.
European Union and Northern Ireland
Unfortunately due to the new GPSR regulations that came into effect 13th December 2024 a lot of uncertainty has been introduced for shipments into the EU and Northern Ireland. We're currently shipping our items and we're monitoring the situation but we may need to stop shipments without prior notice.
